Dehydration principle
The main body of the dehydrator is a filtering device formed by stacking a fixed ring and a moving ring, with a spiral shaft passing through it. The front section is the concentration section, and the rear section is the dehydration section. The filter gap and pitch formed between the fixed ring and the moving ring gradually decrease from the concentration section to the dehydration section. The rotation of the spiral shaft not only drives the sludge to be transported from the concentration section to the dewatering section, but also continuously drives the moving ring to clean the filter gap and prevent blockage.
scope of application
Suitable for sludge in industries such as municipal sewage, food, beverage, chemical, leather, welding materials, papermaking, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, etc.
Suitable for dewatering high and low concentration sludge. When dewatering low concentration (2000mg/L~) sludge, there is no need to build concentration tanks or storage tanks, which reduces construction costs, phosphorus release, and anaerobic odor occurrence.
Not easily clogged: has self-cleaning function. No need to clean to prevent filter clogging, reduce flushing water usage, and minimize internal circulation burden. Proficient in dewatering oily sludge.
Easy to operate: Through the electric control cabinet, it can be linked with the infusion machine, mud pump, dosing pump, etc. to achieve 24-hour continuous unmanned operation.
Short daily maintenance time and simple maintenance tasks.
Reduce operating costs: The main body of the dewatering machine has a self-cleaning function, so there is no need to use a large amount of water for cleaning to prevent sludge blockage.
Adopting low-speed spiral extrusion technology, low power consumption.
The automatic control device of the electric control cabinet achieves 24-hour fully automatic and continuous unmanned operation from conveying sludge, injecting drug solution, concentrating and dehydrating to discharging sludge cake, reducing labor costs.
Standard operating procedures
1. The sludge in the sludge tank is transported to the measuring tank through the sludge conveying pump. The sludge inlet is adjusted by adjusting the liquid level in the measuring tank through the regulating pipe, and excess sludge is returned to the sludge tank through the reflux pipe.
2. Sludge and flocculant are thoroughly mixed in the flocculation mixing tank using a mixer to form alum flowers, with an ideal diameter of around 5mm.
3. Alum flowers undergo gravity concentration in the concentration section, and a large amount of filtrate is discharged from the filter slot in the concentration section.
4. The concentrated sludge continues to move forward in the direction of the spiral axis rotation, and is fully dehydrated under the internal pressure formed by the back pressure plate.
5. The dehydrated mud cake is discharged from the gap formed by the back pressure plate and the stacking screw theme. The sludge treatment capacity and moisture content of the sludge cake can be adjusted by adjusting the rotation speed of the spiral shaft and the clearance of the back pressure plate.
